When will Pativoo be released?
Pativoo is coming soon to Google Play. The release will be announced on this page and on pativoo.com.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete my account and data. The deletion is confirmed with a code and cannot be undone.
Who can see my data?
Your file is shared only with the people and clinics you allow, and you can revoke access at any time. Data is never used for advertising or sold. See the Pativoo privacy notice for details.
How do I report a bug?
Use Profile → Send feedback in the app, or send us an email. Including your phone model, Android version and the screen where it happened helps a lot.
How do I report an AI answer I find inappropriate?
Tap "Report this answer" below any answer. Reports are reviewed by a person.
What should I do in an emergency?
Pativoo does not replace a veterinary examination. In an emergency, contact the nearest veterinary clinic.
